The pay administration with respect to the processing and payment of your employees shall be the direct responsibility of us. However, for the purposes of control, your company shall be responsible for the internal management of attendance records for days’ work, and allowances (if any) due to your employees to enable us to effect the payment to the employees.

The cutoff date for receiving the attendance records for processing payroll shall be determined by your company. We need a minimum of 5 days to process the salaries and effect payment to your employees through the bank.

• Inputting the data from the attendance records onto the payroll software
• Entering all allowances due to the employees
• Printing the payroll and cross-checking the figures to ensure no employee is neither overpaid or underpaid
